24 Hour Cancellation Policy

CLĀ Fitness requires notice 24 hours in advance of any scheduled session. Day-of cancellations and cancellations made after the 24 hour window - will receive a FULL cancellation charge.

Expiration Policy

• All virtual and in-studio single sessions or package purchases expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

• All introductory specials and promotions expire 1 month from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

• All gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

Purchase Policy

• All sales are final.

• If unable to use an existing service purchase, the remaining balance can be applied towards a different service.

Effective January 1st of each calendar year, a modest pricing adjustment will be implemented to stay aligned with annual inflation rates.
